My working process
1. Discovery
No matter which service you choose, working with me will always begin with a discovery phase that will enable us to get on the same page – so we can ensure a satisfactory outcome by the time your project has been delivered. This will look like either filling out a form or hopping on a call to discuss (in-depth) what your project goals are, your brand history and target audience. It’s super important that we set clear expectations and kick off on a good note so we can enjoy our time together as we bring your vision to life!
2. Planning
An absolute key to ensuring consistency and a well thought out design. During this phase, I create things like project maps, moodboards and strategies to present and gather your feedback. This helps with nailing down our direction for the project and staying on target with timelines.
3. Ideation
Once the groundwork is all complete, now I’ll get to work and begin crafting your deliverables. This typically involves sketching, research, lots of background YouTube noise and hundreds of layers (inside my design program). Not to worry, I put my all into finalizing a design that beautifully captures your vision as discussed in phase 1!
4. Refine & Deliver
After having been presented your design/website development, you will have a number of revisions available (tweaks you would like me to make before finalising the design). Once we’re all ready to go, I prepare your files in a neat and organised fashion and depending on the service picked, will either meet with you to do a walkthrough, or send it all over with a video tutorial on how to use your new assets. Hooray!
