  • Book Cover Design for New Author

Book Cover Design for New Author

    About the project:

The author is working on releasing a guide for women based on her own experiences of wearing the hijab. She came to me as she wanted a book cover design that could reflect the feminity and sophistication of the contents, knowing that she needed an experienced designer to bring this to life for her.

    The design process:

As with all media design clients, we started with moodboard choices to nail down the visual direction for the design before moving onto the first draft of the book cover itself. This helps designers and clients get on the same page before time is spent crafting the final deliverable.

    The result:

Umm Aasiyah is now ready to publish her book with a cover that is appealing and beautifully showcases her style as a new author aiming to inspire women through her words.
